Important Update: We Will No Longer Be Repairing Xiegu Radios
After much consideration, I've made the difficult decision to stop offering repairs on Xiegu radios.
Unfortunately, several factors have made it increasingly impractical to continue servicing this brand:

Lack of Support from Xiegu
Xiegu does not provide U.S.-based repair shops with essential service information or replacement electronics unless they are a reseller/dealer of their equipment. This recent change came without notice until I attempted to contact my Xiegu rep about some replacement parts and service info. Without access to these resources, many repairs that should be straightforward end up stalled or impossible to complete. -
Slow Communication
Communicating with Xiegu often takes weeks, which leads to long delays in turnaround times. This is frustrating both for us and for our customers who simply want their radios back in working order. -
Substantial Price Increases
Recent tariff-driven price hikes from Xiegu have only added to the challenge, making repair costs less economical for our customers.
Because of these issues, I've decided that continuing to repair Xiegu radios is no longer sustainable and is NOT economical to you.
I remain committed to supporting other makes and models, and will continue to provide the same level of service and expertise you’ve come to expect from me.
